  1. Ok, Heidi this has got to be Ms. Petrocelli. I just thought of something: a lot of times authors will create a name for a character that tells use about the character. Petrocelli? It reminds me of oil (Petro = $$$). I looked it up and apparently there was actually a legal drama called "Petrocelli" back in the '70s (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petrocelli). Readers who knew about that tv series would have guessed at the beginning of book from seeing the defense lawyer's name that Harmon would be aquitted. Just thought that was interesing.

  2. Well Heidi, very nice work! I'm torn between it being Petrocelli and O'Brien? I know that they are both lawyers, fighting the same case, but I'm not sure which one to guess! I'm leaning toward Petrocelli because of the "We the People" picture you have and the vanilla ice cream, black shoes, and penguin picture on there too. What throws me off are the two beautfiul quotes you have at the end, both are precious but make me start to learn to O'Brien because of her efforts to remind Steve of his character and who he strives to be in life. This was AWESOMELY creative! I LOVE LOVE LOVE symbolism (even though I don't always get it) but it is so deep! Tell me what your thoughts were behind the mirror and the chess board? I have my ideas as to why you chose thoses but I'm curious if we had the same thoughts ;)
